Trump: We need a deal with Russia

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that there needs to be a deal with Russia, warning that tensions between Russia and Ukraine will continue without an agreement.

Speaking from the White House after signing executive orders, Trump stressed the importance of diplomacy between the two countries. "I think he wants to settle it," Trump said, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin's alleged desire to end the conflict.
