At his final campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, former United States President Donald Trump insisted that he would score an easy victory if his voters "show up."

"If we show up, they can't win, they mathematically can't win, because they're so far behind," Trump told his supporters. "They have no enthusiasm," he said. "She had a rally and she was screaming 'We're gonna win,' and they wouldn't follow her, they wouldn't say it," Trump added.

"This has been an incredible journey, it's very sad in a way," he said, noting however, that the "good news" is that "all we were doing is putting ourselves in a position to win."
