The Israeli military carried out an attack targeting Hamas Political Bureau Chairman Ismail Haniyeh's (pictured left) home in northern Gaza, killing 10 members of his family, including his sister, Al Jazeera Arabic reported on Tuesday.
Additionally, Palestinian media reported that many of Haniyeh's family members are still under the rubble.
In April, the Israel Defense Forces said it killed three of Haniyeh's sons, claiming that all of them held military positions within Hamas. Additionally, Israeli police earlier arrested his sister Sabah al-Salem Haniyeh on charges of incitement to terrorism
