At least 12 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza on Wednesday, according to Al Jazeera.

The attacks hit multiple areas, including the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, where homes were destroyed and people are believed to be trapped beneath the rubble. Civil defense teams reportedly said they've been unable to reach the area because the Israeli military has marked it as a "no-go" zone. They are also said to be urging the International Committee of the Red Cross to help secure access to the area.
