Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, known as AMLO, on Monday, denounced uncoordinated operations allegedly carried out by United States intelligence agencies against drug cartels in Mexico, calling the acts "unacceptable," TASS reported.

According to the Mexican Excelsior newspaper, the president emphasized that there cannot be any foreign agents present in the country and such interference is "insulting" and "arrogant."

The Mexican leader highlighted that Washington did not inform Mexico City about the ongoing operation against drug trafficking in the country and that such acts will not be tolerated.
