Acer to boost AI computer sales next year

Acer Inc. said on Thursday that it intends to drastically increase the sales of personal computers with artificial intelligence features. Acer CEO Jason Chen told Nikkei that Copilot+ PCs should account for 40% of the company's total deliveries by the third quarter of 2025.

Chen said Acer plans to drop the retail price of the Copilot+ as neural processing units, required by its AI features, become cheaper.
