An air raid alert was declared across Ukraine overnight, warning residents about a potential threat to the region, official data showed.
The alarm first sounded in the Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kirovograd, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi regions and hours later Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Rivne, Lviv and Kherson were also placed in the red zone.
