Apple Inc. announced on Thursday that it had expanded its payment options for US and UK users, marking its 10th anniversary.
As of today, Apple will also offer Klarna installment payment options for users at checkout on iPhones and iPads. Additionally, Apple Pay is accessible on third-party web browsers and computers, allowing users to complete payments securely through their iPhones or iPads.
According to Apple, these updates aim to provide greater consumer flexibility and offer new opportunities for issuers and lenders to connect with customers. Jennifer Bailey, vice president of Apple Pay, emphasized the continued focus on security and user privacy in these new features.
