Apple could launch a new low-cost iPhone, as reported by CNBC on Wednesday, citing the tech giant's invitation sent to the media for an event on March 8.
The event, with the slogan "Peek Performance," could unveil a new low-cost iPhone with 5G support and a fingerprint reader, as well as a mid-range iPad.
Apple could also launch iOS 15.4, the newest version of the iPhone software, featuring the option to use facial recognition to open the device while wearing a mask, as well as the option to accept contactless credit card payments with no additional hardware.
