Asia-Pacific markets traded mixed on Monday as investors assessed United States President Donald Trump's new tariff regime.
South Korea's Kospi added 0.69% at 4:24 am CET, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng went up by 0.42% at 4:25 am CET and Japan's Nikkei 225 dropped by 1.66% at 4:26 am CET. In mainland China, the Shanghai Composite grew by 0.28%, while the Shenzhen Composite traded flat at 4:27 am CET. Australia's S&P/ASX 200 decreased by 0.23% at 4:28 am CET.
The dollar traded 0.22% higher against the yen at 4:29 am CET, selling for 147.70750.
