An assault conducted by the Russian Armed Forces on Kiev on Thursday caused several explosions to echo throughout the city, the Agence France-Presse reported.
Russian forces launched an unspecified number of drones and missiles on Ukraine's capital according to the news agency. Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of Kiev, reported that debris caused damage in the city by landing on cars and residential buildings, setting two buildings on fire.
Furthermore, Klitschko reported in a post on Telegram that the attack caused an electrical substation to catch on fire.
