Zoom Video Communications Inc. unveiled on Monday that its total revenue in the first trimester of its fiscal 2025 amounted to $1.14 billion, rising 3.2% on an annual level.
In the three months ending April 30, net income was at $216.3 million, skyrocketing from $15.4 million registered in the same timeframe a year prior. Diluted earnings per share in the reported quarter shot up 1280% year over year to $0.69. In the second three-month period of its fiscal 2025, the company sees total revenue between $1.14 billion and $1.15 billion, while sales for the entire fiscal 2025 were estimated to stand between $4.610 billion and $4.620 billion.
"In Q1, we continued to integrate AI across our platform including Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Workplace ... These innovations combined with our execution and focused investment enabled us to outperform our guidance," CEO Eric Yuan said.
The company's stock added 0.17% in the after-hours trade following the release.
