BAT, McLaren Racing extend Formula 1 partnership

British American Tobacco p.l.c. (BAT) unveiled on Monday in a press release that it will be extending its partnership with the McLaren Formula 1 Team for the 2024 season and beyond.

The two first started working together in 2019. This will be the first season that "BAT brands will appear on NEOM McLaren Formula E cars," the company detailed.

"We are extremely proud of the partnership we’ve built with McLaren over the last five years. Our shared expertise and lessons learned has helped us to build multi-billion-dollar brands and I am excited to see where this partnership goes from here," BAT Chief Growth and Strategy Officer Kingsley Wheaton commented.
