South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol refused a summons for questioning by a joint investigation team over his martial law declaration, according to Yonhap News Agency.
Yoon didn't appear at the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) in Gwacheon on Wednesday, marking the second time he declined to comply with the investigation team's request.
Officials said they will wait to see if Yoon appears later in the day.
