Barcelona took a strong lead against Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals clash on Wednesday, defeating the German club 4-0.
One of Spain's and the world's most successful football clubs took the lead in the first half of the game, with Raphinha scoring the first goal of the match. Barcelona delivered an even better performance in the second half after Robert Lewandowski's two goals in the 48th and 66th minutes. Lamine Yamal breached Dortmund's defenses yet again in the 77th minute, increasing Barcelona's lead and cementing its victory.
The two teams will play the second leg on April 15.
