United States President Joe Biden expressed his concern that Russian President Vladimir Putin may not find a way to end his country's military operation in Ukraine, according to CNN.
He made the comments at a closed-door fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee where he also called Putin "very calculating."
"I'm confident that Putin believed that he could break up Nato, that he believed he could break the European Union," Biden reportedly said.
