Biden: Chip factories opening all over US

United States President Joe Biden hailed the fact that, as he put it, factories dedicated to designing chips, electric vehicles (EVs) and batteries for those are being built all across the country.

"That means jobs. Good-paying jobs," he tweeted.

Recently, Biden announced that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) will invest $40 billion in its factory in Arizona.
