Biden: Putin making 'bad bet' about Kiev's allies

United States President Joe Biden reaffirmed on Wednesday while delivering remarks at Vilnius, Lithuania, that Ukraine will come out as the winner in the war against Russia.

"[Russian President Vladimir] Putin still wrongly believes that he can outlast Ukraine," Biden said, emphasizing that Russia's head of state is making a "bad bet" about Kiev's allies and their determination.

"Our unity will not falter," Biden insisted, underlining that Ukraine's partners are here to stay.
