United States President Joe Biden stated on X, formerly Twitter, that former President Donald Trump brings many threats to the country, with the greatest one being to "democracy."
He started the statement by stressing that Trump poses a threat to "the right to choose, civil rights, voting rights," and that Trump further threatens to endanger America's "standing in the world." He remarked that if the US loses its democracy, it will "lose everything."
His statement followed a recent pledge by Trump's presidential campaign to appeal the Colorado Supreme Court's decision.
