A blast was heard in Kharkov in eastern Ukraine on Wednesday, the head of the local government Oleh Syniehubov, announced on Telegram.
Syniehubov added that the blast was the result of a Russian Molniya unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attacking the city's Kyiv district. "According to preliminary data, the shell hit a 16-storey residential building. Information about the victims is being clarified," he wrote.
The local media subsequently reported that two people were injured in the attack, including one child.
