United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken in a phone conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba talked about Washington and Kiev coordinating efforts to provide further security assistance and humanitarian support to Ukraine to help mitigate the impact of Russia's ongoing military operation in the country.

The additional aid comes in the face of Russia's "unconscionable attacks harming population centers," according to State Department Spokesperson Ned Price.

"The Secretary reiterated the United States' steadfast support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity," said Price.
