United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken in a phone conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba offered support to the government in Kiev and condemned Russia's actions in the country, according to State Department spokesperson Ned Price.
The two discussed "ongoing diplomatic efforts to stop Putin's war of choice," Price said, adding that the Secretary reiterated Washington's "steadfast solidarity" with the Ukrainian people on the ground.
