The Boeing Company offered its machinists a salary raise of 30% over four years and the revival of workers' bonuses to persuade them to end the strike, the airplane maker's negotiation Mike Fitzsimmons told the Seattle Times on Monday.
"We hope it addresses the concerns of both the union and the members, and we hope they vote it soon," Fitzsimmons told the publication, adding the offer was made earlier in the day.
Previously, Boeing offered the machinists a 25% raise but they rejected it.
