Broadcom Inc. and Google Cloud announced on Tuesday an expanded collaboration through which the former will be focusing on optimizing its VMware workloads for the latter to help accelerate innovation for enterprises.
The two companies are joining forces on a go-to-market initiative, with Broadcom introducing a wider range of its products and services on the Google Cloud Marketplace. Additionally, Google Cloud's generative artificial intelligence capabilities will be integrated into Broadcom's solutions.
"Businesses run mission-critical workloads on Broadcom and VMware software, which will now be optimized for Google Cloud's secure, trusted infrastructure," Google Cloud Corporate Vice President Kevin Ichhpurani pointed out.
