Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s CEO Warren Buffett told investors in the annual meeting that the conglomerate "do not feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form putting [their] money into Canada."

Although no further details regarding the nature of the investment were announced, including its public and private status, he did mention that the company is "actually looking at one thing now," in Canada.

Earlier during the same Q&A session, he remarked that Berkshire's primary investments will always be in the United States when asked about the plans in Asian markets.
