Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban claimed on Sunday that Dutch leader Mark Rutte is responsible for European Union leaders still not reaching an agreement on the €750 billion recovery plan.
"I don't like blame games, but the Dutchman is the real responsible man for the whole mess... The Dutch prime minister, he is the fighter," Orban told reporters.
Yesterday, European Council President Charles Michel modified the deal, so demands of the Frugal four (including the Netherlands) could be fulfilled. The EU summit is supposed to end later today.
