Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie alleged that TikTok is "polluting" the minds of young Americans and that the app is "spyware."

Speaking at the Republican Party presidential primary debate in Miami, Florida, he accused the Trump administration of failing to ban the app in the country. Christie vowed to ban TikTok if he becomes president, a notion echoed by other participants of the debate - Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former United States Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and US Senator Tim Scott.

Earlier, Christie claimed that former US President Donald Trump would not be able to run the country again due to his legal issues. Christie also voiced support for Ukraine funding, describing Russian President Vladimir Putin as a "communist KGB dictator." He also proposed isolating Iran.
