Costco Wholesale Corp. reported on Tuesday that its net sales for the closing quarter of fiscal 2023 amounted to $77.4 billion, marking a 9.4% surge in comparison to the corresponding quarter the year before.
The company's total revenue came in at $78.9 billion during the fourth quarter, rising by 9.5% year-over-year. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) jumped 15.7% to land at $4.86, while the net income soared 15.6% on an annual basis to reach $2.2 billion.
For the entire fiscal year, the warehouse store company booked $242.3 billion in total revenue, going up by 6.7% year-over-year. Costco's stock slid 1.62% in the extended trading.
