Ukrainian authorities activated air raid alerts throughout the entirety of the country on Wednesday, with the president's chief of staff warning of a missile attack on the capital city.
"Putin is launching a missile attack on Kyiv right now," Andriy Yermak, head of the office of the Ukrainian president, wrote on Telegram without providing any additional information.
