Crude oil prices rebounded on Thursday, after slumping 1% the day before, as geopolitical tensions continued to escalate in Europe and threaten to disrupt the supply of Russian energy to the global markets.
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for settlements in November rose by 1.72% at 4:35 am ET to sell for $84.37 per barrel. At the same time, for the same month's settlements, Brent gained 1.57%, selling for $91.18 per barrel.
