Major cryptocurrencies traded with losses on Sunday, following a major sell-off on Wall Street from earlier this week.
As acceptance of cryptos grows among institutional investors, major tokens seemingly started trading more in lockstep with equities, most notably, the technology shares. Tech shares suffered sharp losses in the past days, with the Nasdaq 100 benchmark down over 11% in the past month.
Bitcoin was down by 2.75% at 12:37 pm ET, selling for $34,531, while Ether dropped 3.89% a minute later, going for $$2,532.95.
