The number of daily COVID-19 cases in South Korea has topped 4,000 again, the data provided by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) showed.
After the newly confirmed 4,072 cases are included, the total number of people who tested positive for the virus in the country reached 700,102.
In the meantime, the number of critically ill patients was seen at 543, as 45 new deaths were registered, bringing the country's death toll to 6,378.
