The Hamas-affiliated Gaza Health Ministry claimed on Saturday that the number of people who lost their lives since the beginning of the aforementioned group's conflict with Israel on October 7, 2023, has risen to 43,552.
The ministry noted that the figure means 44 people were killed in the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the Wafa news agency reported that Israel released 20 residents of Gaza from its detention camps and let them back to the strip through the Karem Abu Salem crossing.
