Deloitte to sell its UK restructuring division - report

The United Kingdom multinational professional services network and the member of the Big Four accounting organizations Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited reportedly decided to sell its entire UK restructuring division.

According to the Sky News’ sources, "any such deal could come with a price tag of several hundred million pounds."

The deal is expected to be confirmed in the next few days and the sources say that the company decided to explore its ability of a "management buyout in conjunction with the division's leadership team some weeks ago."
