Fox Corporation, Walt Disney Company's ESPN and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.'s sports-focused streaming platform Venu is set to be released by the end of this month, Front Office Sports reported on Saturday, citing a source close to the deal.
This joint venture was initially announced in February, with each company having an equal one-third ownership, with a membership cost of $42.99. Additionally, reports suggested that the United States Department of Justice is considering launching an investigation into the collaboration.
