Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin warned on Thursday that a Russian Sarmat missile could reach Strasbourg in 3 minutes and 20 seconds after the European Parliament adopted a resolution calling on EU member states to allow Ukraine to use long-range weapons against Russia.
"If something like this happens, Russia will give a tough response using more powerful weapons. No one should have any illusions about this," Volodin said. "What the European Parliament is calling for leads to a world war with the use of nuclear weapons," he added, urging the European Parliament to dissolve itself.
