Duolingo to join S&P MidCap 400 on April 22

The S&P Dow Jones Indices revealed in a press release that Cable One Inc. will be replaced by Duolingo Inc. on the S&P MidCap 400. Meanwhile, Cable One will be taking the spot of MDC Holdings Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600.

Both changes will come into effect on April 22, prior to the opening of trading. Meanwhile, it was also mentioned that MDC will be acquired by Sekisui House Ltd., in a transaction that is expected to be completed on April 19.
