Working gas in storage across the United States rose by 14 billion cubic feet in comparison to the previous week to reach 3,001 billion cubic feet, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) revealed in its report on Thursday.
On an annual basis, the natural gas stockpiles were up by 550 billion cubic feet, increasing by 322 billion cubic feet above the five-year average of 2,679 billion cubic feet. Nevertheless, the total working gas remained within the five-year historical range.
