Working gas in storage across the United States increased by 35 billion cubic feet in comparison to the previous week to reach 3,065 billion cubic feet, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) revealed in its report on Thursday.
On an annual basis, the natural gas stockpiles rose by 549 billion cubic feet, increasing by 299 billion cubic feet above the five-year average of 2,766 billion cubic feet. Nevertheless, the total working gas remained within the five-year historical range.
