European Council President Charles Michel thanked on Thursday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for addressing the European Union leaders at a "critical moment."
Writing on the social media platform X, Michel also revealed that the bloc is currently "reviewing the progress to use windfall profits from Russian immobilized assets for Ukraine, including military support."
The EU official further noted that the bloc will be "speeding up" its military assistance to Kiev, with the aid encompassing "ammunition, missiles, [and] air defense systems."
