The European Commission will propose that €750 billion be allocated to the European Union's economy to help the coronavirus crisis recovery, German dpa reported on Wednesday
Out of the sum, €500 billion will be grants, while €250 billion will be set aside for loans, according to people familiar with the matter.
The proposal is different from the suggestion to help the economy with grants worth €500 billion which was proposed by French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel
