The European Union will consider on Wednesday sanctioning a number of Russian oligarchs as well as Russian President Vladimir Putin's two daughters, the Financial Times reported. Among the names to be added to the sanctions list are businessmen Oleg Deripaska, Alexander Shulgin, Boris Rotenberg, and Said Kerimov, according to a draft of the proposal.
The report noted the list is not final and could change during EU discussions. On Tuesday, the EU unveiled the fifth round of sanctions against Russia, banning coal imports and Russian ships from its ports, among other measures.
