Major European indexes increased in premarket trading on Friday as investors continued to focus on incoming economic indicators, with Eurozone trade balance figures, as well as retail sales data from the United Kingdom due to be released today.
The Euro Stoxx 50 rose 0.27%, the DAX added 0.16%, the CAC 40 climbed 0.29% and the FTSE 100 was up 0.09% at 8:01 am CET.
The euro gained 0.11% against the dollar to go for 1.09847 at 8:02 am CET and the pound increased 0.18% compared to the greenback to sell for 1.28788 at the same time.
