European stock indexes traded mixed in Wednesday premarket trading as investors awaited key economic data. The UK is set to release February inflation figures, while Spain will publish its GDP data for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The DAX decreased by 0.08% and the FTSE 100 increased by 0.14% at 8:00 am CET. Simultaneously, the CAC 40 lost 0.08%, while the Euro Stoxx 50 was flat.
The euro and the pound both traded flat against the dollar, selling for $1.07867 and $1.29427, respectively at 7:59 am CET.
