US denies it is enabling attacks in Russia

White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby underlined on Wednesday that Washington is not supporting, enabling or encouraging attacks inside Russia.

Ukrainian political and military leaders decide what they will do with the equipment they received, Kirby said at a press conference at the White House.

The United States does not want to "see" its equipment being used for attacks inside Russia, the official pointed out.
