Explosions were heard in Kiev late Sunday, according to the Ukrainian news outlet Suspilne, after the head of the capital city's military administration, Timur Tkachenko, announced earlier that Russian drones set off warning sirens.
Shortly before these latest blasts rang out, Tkachenko wrote on Telegram that the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) fell "in an open area" of Kiev's Desnyansky district. No further information was immediately available.
