The United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted SpaceX a license allowing it to launch its Starship rocket to orbit.
"After a comprehensive license evaluation process, the FAA determined SpaceX met all safety, environmental, policy, payload, airspace integration and financial responsibility requirements," the regulator stated.
SpaceX said it plans to conduct the launch on Monday, April 17 from its spaceport Starbase in Texas.
