Figma sees $1.2B IPO, up from $1.03B forecast

Design app Figma Inc. raised the potential value of its US IPO to $1.2 billion, up from the previously projected $1.03 billion, a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission showed on Monday.

The San Francisco-based business and a few of its investors increased the price range to $30 to $32 a share, an increase from the prior range of $25 to $28 each. The 36.9 million shares offered remain the same.
