Fitch downgrades Qatar to AA-

Fitch Ratings said on Monday it has downgraded Qatar's long-term issuer default ratings to AA- with negative outlooks from AA as it believes that the country's "diplomatic and logistical isolation by some of its neighbours is unlikely to be resolved for some time."

Doha has been facing a boycott from several other Arab countries since June 5th because of Qatar's alleged support for armed terrorist activities. The countries gave Qatar a list of demands which Doha said were "impossible to meet."
