Five people died as a result of the crash of a twin-engine Beechcraft 95 airplane on Catalina Island off the Southern California coast on Wednesday.
The Federal Aviation Administration stated that the plane went down not long after it took off from the Catalina Airport located in Avalon.
The remains of the aircraft were discovered roughly one mile west of Catalina Airport, alongside the bodies of five adults who perished in the incident, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office stated.
